A Promising Start


Day two of fitness/wellness challenge: successful. Yesterday I met with my trainer and flipped a gigantic tire (!), today I did a kickboxing class (whew). Minor setback on the veggie front as the green beans look slightly brown. Am I storing them wrong? They’ve only been in the refrigerator a few days. Going to try and consume them anyway. (If you’re just joining, you can catch up on my July goals here.)

Today I am grateful for: the way exercise eases the vague sense of anxiety I’ve had for the past two days.

Now excuse me while I go hit the shower.
